Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you want to know about us.

IV hydration delivers fluids, vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients directly into your bloodstream through a small catheter placed in your vein. Because it bypasses your digestive system entirely, your body absorbs 100% of what's in the bag — compared to the fraction you actually absorb from pills or drinks. The result is faster, more noticeable, and more consistent than anything you can swallow.

Yes — and this is one of our most popular offerings. Bachelorette parties, corporate wellness days, birthday weekends, fitness events, and more. We bring everything to you. Reach out directly to discuss group pricing and scheduling to events@drip-vip.com

The vitamins, minerals, and amino acids we use are FDA-regulated compounds sourced from licensed compounding pharmacies and verified suppliers. They are the same ingredients used in clinical and hospital settings. We do not use unlicensed products or untested formulations.

Most full drips run 45–60 minutes. Mini drips are closer to 20–30. NAD+ infusions take longer — typically 2–3 hours depending on your dose because slow administration is a clinical requirement. We'll always tell you exactly what to expect before we start.

We work on your schedule. We are the only infusion service on Long Island that offers VIP after hours appointments until 2am. We come to your home, office, or hotel when you need us most.
We are also the only local infusion service that guarantees the your drip will be administered by an experienced critical care nurse under strict safety protocols.

Risks are minimal when IV therapy is administered properly. The most common side effect is mild bruising or discomfort at the insertion site. Rarely, clients experience nausea, lightheadedness, or a cooling sensation during infusion — all of which resolve quickly with simple adjustments. We carry emergency supplies and are trained in adverse event response.
-
Both. Our menu drips are already thoughtfully formulated around specific goals. But if you want something truly tailored to your body, our Concierge Custom Consult “The Master Plan” is where that happens. We sit down with you, go through your history, your symptoms, your lifestyle, and build a protocol that's specific to you — including a personal protocol card you keep. It's the closest thing to a clinical nutrition consultation you'll find outside of a doctor's office.
-
NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme your body produces naturally — it's involved in energy production, DNA repair, cellular aging, and neurological function. Levels decline significantly with age, stress, and certain health conditions. IV NAD+ replenishes what your body can no longer produce efficiently on its own. It's in a category by itself compared to vitamin drips because the effects operate at a cellular level — clients frequently describe improved mental clarity, energy, mood, and recovery that feels qualitatively different from anything else they've tried.
-
Many clients notice effects after a single session, but the most significant and lasting results come from a series. A standard intensive protocol is weekly sessions for 4 weeks, followed by monthly maintenance. We'll make frequency recommendations based on your goals and how your body responds.
-
We do not bill insurance but many clients use HSA or FSA funds for eligible services — check with your plan administrator for details. We accept all major credit cards or cash for services.
-
No. Most of our services do not require a client-held prescription because we operate under medical director oversight with standing orders in place. This is the same model used in clinical infusion settings — the medical authority is built into our structure, so you don't need to bring anything from your own provider.
The only exception to this is that we require clearance from your OB if you are pregnant and seeking our Mini Morning Sickness Relief drip.
-
Yes! Our monthly IV membership gives you access to a regular drip at a locked-in rate with member perks. We also offer Bottomless Shots — a booster membership for clients who want consistent IM injection access without committing to a full IV every month. Ask about Founding Member pricing while it's available.
-
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Because we are a mobile service with travel time and supply preparation built into every appointment, late cancellations affect our ability to serve other clients. Specific policy details are outlined at booking.
